Each one of us endorses and reinforces the community principles and guidelines. 

If someone does not, then it is our own responsibility to point their attention to their behaviour and it is their responsibility to be accountable for their actions.

The community as a whole and each individually, we follow these principles and we are individually accountable for our actions.
