We expect that your involvement will vary over time.  When you leave or disengage from a Community project, in whole or in part, we ask that you do so in a way that minimises disruption. This means you should tell people you are leaving and take the proper steps to ensure that others can pick up where you leave off.

Accept that something works or doesn't.  That your ideas may be adopted or not.  That you may be able to convince others or not.  Let go of the need to be right, of the need to be the first or the best.
